Fruit Salad with Pink Lady® apple

Zutaten

  • Preparation:
    • 2 Pink Lady® apples (approx. 400 g)
    • ¼ pineapple (approx. 400 g)
    • 1 mango (approx. 400 g)
    • 1 orange (approx. 200 g)
    • 1 pomegranate (approx. 500 g)
    • 1 banana (approx. 150 g)
    • 25 g walnuts
    • 75 g physalis
    • 2 kiwis

Steps

étape 1/1 : Preparation:

  • Wash and dry the apples, then cut them into eighths, remove the core, and slice.
  • Peel and slice the kiwis, pineapple, and mango.
  • Peel and segment the orange, collecting the juice.
  • Cut the pomegranate in half and tap out the seeds. Remove and halve the physalis if needed.
  • Peel and slice the banana.
  • Roughly chop the walnuts.
  • Gently mix all the prepared ingredients with the collected citrus juice in a large bowl.
  • Serve the fruit salad in bowls and enjoy!
