    • 3 carrots
    • 2 Pink Lady® apples
    • 1 drop of olive oil
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • A pinch of freshly grated ginger
    • 1 small glass of water

Steps

  • Peel and coarsely grate the carrots and apples, then place them into a smoothie maker.
  • Add olive oil, lime juice, and freshly grated ginger. Fill with water and blend everything well until a creamy consistency is reached.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, simply thin it out with a little more water.
  • This smoothie is not only delicious but also a healthy thirst-quencher that can be easily made with fresh fruits and vegetables.
